Since Shelter-in-Place and remote classes

And you definitely have the knack for describing exactly how you're moving in details that eliminate the need to keep checking to see if I'm following correctly, and that is even more appreciated during the Zoom sessions." May 2020 "I really love the classes. The range of motion poses are great for my rheumatoid arthritis and the Yoga Nidra is so helpful in reducing stress. Marion has a lovely way of gently guiding you through the poses and using analogies to help students visualize the movements. The classes are wonderful for people at all levels of experience and ability, because she offers modifications and also encourages people to make modifications that work for their bodies. Jan 2015 I really enjoy the classes which are very relaxing. I do feel energized afterwards. I think it has improved my ability to redirect my mind away from stressful thoughts when they arise. You do a wonderful job of leading the sessions. I like the small bit of teaching that occurs before and after also. I will sign up for the next session. -Debi S.
